Short Synopsis: | Supervsn is a brand that grew out of the South Central community in LA. Despite its rapid growth, this brand has stayed true to its roots and continues to collaborate talent from their hood. When Tommy reached out for this collaboration, we wanted to ensure that the faces, the creatives, all the brown people we worked with stayed the same. This piece showcases the way in which Gavin (the founder) started this company--from a home just like the one we shot in and in the same neighborhood we shot in. We worked with an all queer and poc cast and crew which influenced the aesthetic, the direction and the vibes in every way. |
