Short Synopsis: | An agency creative attempts to lure fresh talent to the industry as he makes his final walk toward redundancy in this film about ageism in advertising. Our film lays bare the uncomfortable, unvarnished truth about what a creative career in advertising entails today, using humor, to force an honest conversation about creative ageism as the industry comes together for awards season to "Celebrate Creativity,” and recruit new unsuspecting talent, all while tacitly fueling age discrimination for profit. |
