Notes for Judging: |
Our friendships change over the course of time, as we ourselves change. We move to new places, we meet new people. The forever best friends who used to live down the road are suddenly hundreds of kilometres away. Josh & Jacob have always been closest friends. They go through the best times of their lifes together, face challenges in their childhood, go through puberty and share their experiences of falling in love for the first time. Also they sometimes find themselves comparing themselves to each other. When they grow up and circumstances as well as their personality change, the friendship is at stake, as they are slowly growing apart from each other. A simple race between children, becomes a metaphor for a whole life. What are the rules? |
