In the Barbie x Butrich commercial, directed by Jules Bay Seas, the Peruvian designer Jessica Butrich's boutique is magically transformed into a dream Barbie house. The space, designed by Bay Seas, becomes a vibrant, playful setting where fashion meets fantasy. The commercial showcases a diverse cast of Latina Barbies, celebrating inclusivity and beauty in all forms. Styled as a dynamic music video, the piece captures the essence of the Barbie brand while highlighting Butrich's unique designs. The set was also opened to the public for ten days, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the colorful world created for the campaign. The commercial premiered in theaters, coinciding with the global release of Barbie the movie. |
