| Short Synopsis: | Our spot tells the love story of the young farm worker Werther and the court lady Lotte whose love is prohibited as both come from different social classes. Therefore their romance is only manifested in secretly written love letters by Werther to Lotte. Landowner Gottfried, who also desires the young court lady discovers Werther’s letters which culminates in a decisive fencing duel between the two for Lotte. Will the pen surpass the sword? |
