The Radical Tenderness music video, directed by Sam Mulvey and filmed on Holkham Beach, blends 16mm film with digital elements to create a rich, organic feel. Shot on both 16mm and Sony cameras in SDR, the promo explores themes of conflict and healing drawn from Nick Mulvey’s personal journey. Colour and VFX were carefully bedded in to enhance the natural elements, supporting a seamless, analogue-inspired aesthetic. The grade was shaped to give the visuals a gentle, flowing rhythm, mirroring the song’s raw, reflective tone and embodying the idea of radical tenderness as a path to restoration. |
