Süper Hışır is a short film that follows a sister and brother visiting their parents' hometown, Diyarbakır, reconnecting with their roots through fashion and memory. Wearing pieces from Halef’s upcycled collection—crafted from flour, sugar, and pistachio sacks once used in traditional sweet production—they embody a fusion of past and present. Set against Diyarbakır’s rich architecture, the film captures the beauty of sustainability and cultural evolution. More than fashion, Süper Hışır is a poetic tribute to Anatolian craftsmanship, honoring tradition while transforming it into a modern expression of identity and innovation. |
