The short film, a film choral, directed by Valérie Donzelli, intertwines the harsh realities of homelessness with poetic storytelling, underlined by the poignant soundtrack of Daniel Balavoine's "Tous les cris les SOS". A heart-stirring narrative that urges empathy and communal support in the face of growing homelessness and housing inadequacies in France. The campaign coincides with the winter season and commemorates the 70th anniversary of the legendary humanitarian call to action by its founder, Abbé Pierre. A revered French Catholic priest and philanthropist, Abbé Pierre's legacy is his unyielding fight against homelessness and his advocacy for the underprivileged. |
