Short Synopsis: | WWF has always been committed to the protection of endangered species, one above all the Pandas, which are also the symbol of the NGO and of a challenge that is now finally won. The new brand platform finds new areas of relevancy by proposing a strategic twist: whereas the planet is still going to survive, we are probably not. A new approach that gives a new reason to act responsibly for the planet and eventually for ourselves. Humanity is now the new species to protect: #WeAreThePanda.To communicate such an urgent message, the film emphasizes the absurdity of our behavior with a distinctive and provocative tone of voice: if humanity is becoming extinct, it is only because of it. Unconsciously (or not?) we destroy every day the Nature on which our survival depends, with a smile on our lips. |
