Short Synopsis:	A woman of color wakes up longing for a moment to herself in a culture that is not hers. As she navigates her day, and through subtle vignettes of her and other BIPOC people who share the same experience, she reflects on the body, the skin, the senses, and the roots, discovering comfort in the simple acts of breathing. They all come together to practice yoga and mindfulness in a shared space, where they find belonging, healing, and acceptance in the embrace of the community. This narrative weaves a moving ode to the resilience and strength found within one's roots, celebrating the power of connection and the transformative nature of belonging. Love Letter (body) short film captures the longing for self-awareness and belonging of BIPOC individuals, with the transformative power of yoga and community, transcending mere storytelling, weaving together threads of representation, belonging, and cultural celebration.
